공랭식 4kW 연료전지 모듈을 중국 소형 노면 청소차용에 도입하기 위한 첫 수출을 진행하게 되었다. 

 

테라릭스 공랭식 연료전지는 그동안 open-cathode 방식의 공랭식 연료전지 약점으로 지적되던 내구성 문제를 극복하고 무가습 조건에서도 3천시간 이상의 안정적인 내구성을 확보하였다. 

 

소형 노면 청소차는 공간적인 한계성으로 수냉식 타입의 연료전지 모듈을 적재하기 위한 공간이 부족하여 테라릭스가 개발한 연료전지를 통해 앞으로 더 많은 실증 사례를 만들게 될 것이다.

 

테라릭스는 한국에너지기술평가원에서 지원을 받아 에이엠특장, 에테르시티, 자동차융합기술원과 공동으로 '10kW급 수소연료전지를 탑재한 소형 노면청소차' 과제를 수행하고 있으며 2024년까지 부안군에서 연료전지를 탑재한 소형노면차 실증을 완료할 계획이다. 

 

 

TerraLIX exported the air-cooled 4kW fuel cell module for small road sweeper in China for the first time.

 

TerraLIX's air-cooled fuel cell overcame the durability problem, which had been pointed out as an open-cathode air-cooled fuel cell weakness, and secured a stable durability of more than 3,000 hours under non-humid conditions.

Due to spatial limitations, small road cleaning sweepers lack a lot of space to load water-cooled type fuel cell modules, so more empirical cases will be created in the future through fuel cells developed by TerraLIX.
 

TerraLIX, supported by the Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning (KETEP), is jointly carrying out the "Small Road Sweeper with 10 kW hydrogen fuel cells" project and plans to complete the demonstration of small road sweeper equipped with fuel cells in Buan-gun by 2024.
